Our Curriculum Goals

Our Curriculum Goals

Our curriculum goals are the level we hope children will be able to achieve when they leave nursery age 4 onto the next stage in their educational journey.

To track our children's progress towards our curriculum goals we use Development Matters on a termly basis to ensure that we fully understand the progress being made towards each goal.

The child’s Key Person will ensure that the child is making good progress towards their goals through summative and formative assessments on an ongoing cycle and providing individualised support in each area.

We have specifically developed our curriculum to be fully inclusive for all children, at all ages and stages of their own individual journeys towards school readiness. We have linked our curriculum goals to the Early Learning Goals children are working towards with their Early Years Educators at the end of the Early Years Foundation Stage. By doing this we hope to provide the very best start for all children attending our settings.
